Candidate should have knowledge of Sheet metals operation. Should have good knowledge of Raw Material Ms Pipe , MS Plate , Angles , Aluminum sheet, Pole etc. Supervisor should be responsible for the overall production in the fabrication department. Candidate must be skilled in creating and overseeing employee training schedules that emphasizes productivity. Candidate must be capable of achieving production targets and maintaining product quality. Candidate should have leadership quality; supervise workers while production is ongoing. Candidate should provide guidance to. the production workers. Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of the products. He should be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in production processes and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste. He should maintain accurate production records and reports for management review. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the production Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Ensuring thorough quality checks of all drawings and designs.
