Job Description

    As a Relationship Manager at First Wealth in the Retail Banking branch, your primary role is to manage your assigned client portfolio effectively to ensure superior service delivery and promote cross-selling opportunities. This includes building up CASA as per branch targets, increasing product holding per customer through cross-selling all banking products, acquiring new clients, and managing walk-in clients. You will also be responsible for handling cash transactions, fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and managing deliverables.Your key responsibilities will include:- Building up CASA value and acquiring new clients to expand your portfolio.- Engaging with clients effectively to promote cross-selling of banking products.- Increasing the product holding per customer within your mapped portfolio.- Profiling all engaged clients and offering suitable banking products.- Meeting monthly operating plans to improve scorecard and decile rankings.- Coordinating with other relationship managers to close business loans, working capital, POS, CMS, and trade transactions.- Ensuring quick resolution of client queries and complaints to achieve NPS benchmarks.- Managing the branch vault, including cash and non-cash transactions, to prevent instances of cash shortage or excess.- Updating key registers regularly and reviewing branch reports like EOD cash position and Instruments issued.- Adhering strictly to bank policies and compliance regulations.In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to:- Perform audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, aiming to become their primary banker.This job requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team to achieve branch targets and deliver excellent service to clients.,
