Job Description

    Job Title: Telesales RepresentativeJob Overview:As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, discussing products or services, and converting leads into sales. You will maintain a positive relationship with clients, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases to promote and sell products/services.
    • Customer Engagement: Establish rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits.
    • Sales Process: Follow the sales script, overcome objections, and close sales effectively and efficiently.
    • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
    • Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with customers, follow up on inquiries, and resolve any issues.
    • Database Management: Record all customer interactions, update information in CRM systems, and track sales progress.
    • Reporting: Report daily or weekly on sales performance, challenges, and successes.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone manner.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
      • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
      • Good organizational and time-management skills.
      • Proficiency with CRM software or data entry systems.
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree).
    Working Conditions:
    • Location: Typically office-based - Kaushambi Ghaziabad.
    • Hours:10:30 AM To 6:30 Pm ( Monday To Saturday)
    • Compensation:1,44,000 Per Annum to 3,00,00 Per Annum.
