Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Business Development Account Executive (Consultant) in the Talent Solutions Consulting team at Aon, you will be responsible for leading enterprise sales efforts. You will work in an office setting on a full-time basis with a flexible shift time. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities within target new enterprise prospects- Upsell and cross-sell Talent Assessments to existing HR Advisory clients- Develop account growth strategies for large and mid-level enterprise accounts- Build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities- Lead solution shaping, proposal development, and deal negotiation to close complex, multi-service engagements- Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations- Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs to align HR solutions with their strategic goals- Maintain real-time visibility of the sales pipeline and establish dashboards for regional alignment and forecast accuracy- Collaborate to develop and execute strategic account plans- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and market developments- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunitiesQualifications Required:- Bachelors or masters degree- 3 to 6 years of enterprise sales experience- Experience selling to C-level executives- Experience in HR solutions, HRMS/ATS/Assessments/LMS/AI Interview Applications- Preferable experience in selling across Asia- Ability to create and develop sales strategies- Strong technical skills proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sales Navigator, and CRMAbout Aon:Aon plc is the leading global provider of risk management, insurance, reinsurance brokerage, and human capital consulting solutions.
