As a Data/Information Management Analyst 2 at our company, your role will involve applying your specialty area knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data. You will be responsible for identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and researching factual information. In addition, you will identify inconsistencies in data or results, define business issues, and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices. Your impact will be limited to your own team, with a focus on maintaining data quality and database management.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture / design engineering- Handle routine operational or administrative work- Focus on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation on a daily basis- Develop knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, safeguarding the firms reputation and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations**Qualifications:**- 0-2 years of relevant experience- Proficiency in analytic tools such as SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS, etc.- Experience with big data and machine learning tools like R, Python, etc.- Ability to engage resources outside of direct control to achieve objectives**Education:**- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides an overview of the work you will be performing, with a focus on data/information management tasks.
