Job Description

    As a Data Operations Associate at RSM, you will play a crucial role in supporting data quality and operational efficiency within the team. Your responsibilities will include:- Working on assigned tickets in your Workfront queue, ensuring timely completion and clear communication (50% of your time)- Supporting data cleanup efforts and assisting with data-related projects (25% of your time)- Creating, updating, and maintaining team documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility (15% of your time)- Providing support for ServiceNow tickets and Azure DevOps tasks as needed (5% of your time)- Other duties as assigned (5% of your time)To excel in this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:**Education/Certifications:**- BA/BS degree in technology or business or equivalent practical experience**Technical/Soft Skills:**- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data requirements to cross-functional teams- Basic understanding of database concepts and queries- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team**Experience:**- 1 years Dynamics CRM/365 experience (Preferred)- 1 year minimum in a Data Quality/Management/Operations role (Preferred)- 2 years proven customer service skills- Basic knowledge of SQL writing/optimizing queries (Preferred)- Basic knowledge of database concepts- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)- 1 years experience working with Alteryx or other ETL tools (Preferred)- 1 years experience working with a work queue program (Ticket system) (Preferred)RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package for all employees, providing flexibility in your schedule to balance lifes demands while serving clients.
