Job Description

As a Technical Solutions Architect (Cloud Engineer) at MedInsight, you will be part of the Strategic Analytics Services team, supporting healthcare analytics, predictive analytics, and digital transformation projects. Your role will involve working on a variety of data types and assisting in all phases of technical consulting work, including requirements gathering, scalable solution design, data architectures, research, and development. Your strong analytic, technical, and communication skills will be essential in partnering with diverse organizations to deliver business value and innovate solutions in a cloud-first environment.**Role Overview:**- Understand client business goals and strategic context to harvest requirements.- Ensure exceptional attention to detail and follow-through on all project tasks.- Transform data results into informative and easy-to-use client-facing deliverables.- Standardize ad hoc processes and drive continuous improvement for automating ongoing processes.- Assist senior technical staff in supporting and upgrading existing advanced data products.**Key Responsibilities:**- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.- Preference for candidates with healthcare data and cloud solutions experience.- Working knowledge of healthcare concepts and data structures.- Familiarity with healthcare claims data and data analytic platforms.- Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects.- Execute work with exceptional attention to detail.- Client consulting experience.- Programming/development experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Python.- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Spark, SQL, Python, R, C#).- Experience in managing transitions to cloud resources.- Data warehousing and/or large IT project experience.- Experience with large data sets.- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.- Healthcare informatics, analytics, and reporting knowledge.- Bachelors degree, preferably in statistics, mathematics, computer science, etc.**Desired Experience and Traits:**- Experience with relational and big data database technologies.- Hands-on experience in creating microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.- Hands-on experience in Agile design and implementation approaches.- Experience in reducing costs and improving efficiencies in data analytics.- Healthcare claims analysis experience a plus.- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.- Desire and ability to learn new skills, systems, and processes.- Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple teams.- Innovative self-starter interested in making a measurable impact on healthcare challenges.Join MedInsights growing team and contribute to the evolution of analytics, technology, and research in a data-driven company.
