Job Description

    You will be responsible for working with a dedicated advisor or a team of financial advisors and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients. Your role will involve managing and organizing office workflow, with a focus on creating a unique client experience that sets the advisors practices apart. It is essential to adhere to high standards of business ethics, professional conduct, and legal and regulatory requirements in your interactions and work activities.Key Responsibilities:- Assist Ameriprise financial advisors in client servicing, including preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions- Prepare and summarize client meetings, schedule and confirm appointments, create agendas, and provide necessary follow-up- Ensure timely submission of new business paperwork, including preparing forms, obtaining signatures, and coordinating documentation submission- Coordinate marketing events, prepare compliance documentation, and assist in increasing social media presence- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing expense reports, preparing client correspondence, and setting up client files- Assist advisors in enrolling and servicing clients on various Ameriprise toolsRequired Qualifications:- Willingness to obtain licensing certifications as required (e.g., SERIES 7, State Securities, State IAR, State Insurance)- Availability to work evening hours from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30 am to 6 pm CST)- Graduate in finance discipline (preferably with 0-1 year experience or 1-year diploma)- Strong communication skills- Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word- Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services would be beneficial- Detail-oriented with high accuracy levels- Ability to meet strict timelines as per agreed SLAs for advisor practicesPreferred Qualifications:- Experience interacting with advisors or U.S. business partners is preferredAbout Our Company:Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years, helping clients plan and achieve their financial goals.
