Job Description

    As a SONG Practice Google Specialist at Accenture, you will be part of a team of consultants dedicated to solving customer-facing challenges across sales, service, and marketing functions to drive business transformation. Your role will involve working within the SONG I practice, focusing on Service Google CCAI, Solution and Platform Design at a Manager / Senior Manager level in locations such as Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad. With a minimum of 13 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to explore a rewarding career in Accenture Strategy & Consultings Customer, Sales & Service practice.In this role, you will collaborate with clients to drive transformation services through key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce, and Next-Generation Customer Care. By optimizing marketing, sales, and customer service strategies, you will help clients become living businesses, leading to cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and improved customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Provide CX solutions using Google CCAI contact center products such as Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Insights CX, and CCAI Platform (Ujet.cx)- Co-Lead the Google Contact Center Offering and build a high-impact practice attracting top talent in the market- Lead design thinking workshops to reshape client thinking on customer experience in the contact center domain- Perform CX management capability assessment and co-create roadmap with clients for leading CX capabilities- Formulate CX target operating model focusing on strategic sourcing, agent performance management, CX performance, innovation management, and more- Collaborate with technical Google team/developers to convert user requirements into final products- Lead CCaaS migration projects and deliver agile processes for continuous improvement- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, creating proofs of concept, and demonstrating solutions during client interactions- Participate in practice-specific initiatives to create reusable assets, analyze industry trends, and propose innovative solutionsQualifications Required:- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering Google CCAI solutions and platform- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage high-paced, complex projects- Proficiency in CCAI Framework and integration with internal and external componentsJoin us at Accenture and bring your expertise to drive impactful transformations in customer experience and business performance.
