Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to achieve sales targets.
    • Generate business through the bank branches by selling life/general insurance products.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for branch employees on insurance products and processes.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between the bank and the insurance company.
    • Drive revenue growth and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
    • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
    • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
    Requirements:
    • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in theBanca Channelis mandatory.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong relationship-building and sales negotiation abilities.
    • Should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Age limit:Up to 35 years.
