Job Description

    • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Collaborate in managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
    • Guide new hires through a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for their new roles. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees, offering support with workplace matters, performance-related queries, and personal development goals.
    • Foster a harmonious work environment through proactive resolution of conflicts, and by offering guidance on employee relations issues.
    • Performance & Development:
    • Assist in the development and execution of performance management initiatives, tracking key performance metrics and supporting managers with feedback and evaluations.
    • Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring alignment with both individual career goals and organizational objectives.
    • Compensation & Benefits Administration:
    • Provide assistance in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equitable salary structures and the effective management of benefits offerings.
    • Assist in reviewing industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with compensation regulations.
    • HR Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements, managing the upkeep of employee records in line with compliance standards.
    • Prepare and present HR reports, tracking key metrics to inform leadership decisions and contribute to strategic HR planning.
    • General HR Support:
    • Offer administrative support across a wide range of HR functions, from maintaining employee databases to managing HR documentation, such as contracts, performance reviews, and policy updates.
    • Assist in maintaining and updating the companys employee handbook and ensuring the alignment of all HR policies with organizational goals.
    • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in human resource management.
    • Minimum 5-7 years real estate experience A solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
    • Strong verbal communication and numerical skills.
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
    • Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
    • Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report writing skills.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Commitment and determination to investigate thoroughly and seek out information necessary for the accurate valuation of property.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
    • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
