Job Description

    System Support
    • Maintain and support HRIS platforms and related modules.
    • Troubleshoot system issues, run diagnostics, and coordinate fixes.
    • Support upgrades, configuration changes, and testing before release.
    Data Management
    • Ensure HR data such as attendance, payroll, hiring, and employee records is accurate and secure.
    • Run queries, validate records, and manage data extracts.
    • Perform audits to check data quality and process compliance.
    Reporting and Analysis
    • Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards for management.
    • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
    • Provide insights for workforce planning, turnover, and process improvement.
    Training and Documentation
    • Prepare user guides, process manuals, and documentation.
    • Train HR staff and end users on system features and processes.
    • Communicate changes and best practices across departments.
    Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to automate or simplify HR workflows.
    • Recommend enhancements to HR systems and reporting tools.
    • Support HR and IT teams in aligning systems with business needs.
