Job Description

    User Support
    • Respond to support requests from employees or clients.
    • Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting support.
    Installation and Configuration
    • Install and configure computers, applications, and related devices.
    • Set up operating systems, user accounts, and basic network settings.
    • Help with onboarding new users and preparing equipment.
    Issue Resolution
    • Repair or coordinate repairs for hardware and software problems.
    • Escalate unresolved problems to the right internal team.
    • Track tickets and make sure issues are closed within agreed timelines.
    Documentation and Reporting
    • Log all support cases and maintain accurate records.
    • Prepare reports, manuals, and solution notes.
    • Document repeat issues and create knowledge-base content when needed.
    Customer and Team Coordination
    • Communicate clearly with non-technical users.
    • Maintain professional relationships with clients and coworkers.
    • Work with internal IT, developers, and service teams to resolve problems.
