Job Description

    Technical Leadership
    • Define technical direction and architecture for projects or products.

    • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through coaching and feedback.
    • Conduct code reviews or design reviews, depending on the domain.

    Project Delivery
    • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define scope and requirements.
    • Track milestones, risks, and delivery timelines.
    • Coordinate across engineering, QA, operations, and business teams.
    Quality and Improvement
    • Ensure work meets engineering standards, security expectations, and quality benchmarks.
    • Identify technical risks early and propose solutions.
    • Improve development processes, tools, and workflows.
