Job Description

    You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate data handling, and timely HR support. Your key responsibilities will include:- HR operations: - Managing onboarding and exit processes for both on-roll and off-roll employees - Maintaining employee records, HRIS data, and documentation - Coordinating joining kits, laptops, ID cards, and system access - Supporting payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management - Preparing HR MIS reports such as headcount, joiners, exits, and attrition- Recruitment support: - Conducting initial HR screening and recruitment calling - Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Tracking recruitment status and following up on offers and joining - Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers- Employee support & compliance: - Addressing basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes - Supporting statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) - Assisting in internal HR initiatives and engagement activitiesQualifications required:- Minimum 1 year of experienceOther perks:- 5 days a week work schedule- Health InsuranceSkills required:- MS-Office- Recruitment- MS-Word- MS-PowerPoint- MS-Excel- English Proficiency (Spoken)- English Proficiency (Written)- Power BI- HR OperationsPreferred profile:- Prior experience in HR operations or recruitment preferred- Strong academic background and process orientation- High level of integrity and confidentialitySkills & competencies:- Good communication and coordination skills- Strong attention to detail and follow-up- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Power BI- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholdersThis role offers a salary range of 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 per year and requires a deadline to apply by March 23, 2026.
