Interior Design Assistant

Job Description

As an Assistant Interior Designer, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Interior Designers in creating innovative and functional design concepts for various spaces. Your key responsibilities will include:- Participating in the selection and arrangement of furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes- Assisting in developing detailed interior design plans, including 2D and 3D renderings- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project execution- Researching and staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies- Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions- Assisting in creating and presenting design proposals to clientsTo qualify for this role, you should have:- A Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field- Previous experience or internship in an interior design role- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite- Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Effective communication skills with team members, clients, and vendors- Demonstrated creativity and a passion for interior designAdditionally, the company is looking for candidates with skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, design principles, space planning, attention to detail, organization, communication, and creativity.Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located in Gurgaon City, Haryana. Candidates who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate before starting work are preferred. The preferred education level is Secondary (10th Pass), and candidates with at least 1 year of experience in designing will be given preference. The work location is in person.
