As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Milliman India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and security of IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with the IT Infra team to deploy new technologies and solutions, ensuring optimal performance for all users.- Assisting in critical IT projects to contribute to timely completion.- Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support to minimize downtime.- Regularly maintaining and updating IT systems for security, stability, and compliance.- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT infrastructure services.In terms of Server Management, you will:- Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based server environments.- Monitor server performance, perform upgrades, and apply patches for optimal functionality.- Manage critical infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.For Vulnerability Management, you will:- Identify, assess, and prioritize vulnerabilities across infrastructure using tools like Qualys.- Conduct regular vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and remediation plans.- Collaborate with teams to implement remediation efforts and ensure continuous monitoring.In terms of L2 & L3 Support for End Users, you will:- Handle Level 3 support tickets, resolving complex issues related to server infrastructure.- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for escalated incidents.- Ensure timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.Your required skills include:- Technical Expertise in Windows environments and server/client operating systems.- System Administration experience with Windows environments and Active Directory.- Cloud Technologies knowledge, especially with Azure and AWS.- Networking Knowledge encompassing OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.- Analytical Skills for troubleshooting technical issues.- Communication Skills for preparing technical documentation and presenting solutions.- Team Engagement abilities for effective collaboration within a team and with cross-functional teams.Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
