Lead Software Test Engineer

Role Overview:Media.net is a leading company in the Contextual Advertising space, offering a wide range of advertising and traffic monetization solutions. The company has a startup culture with the stability and resources of a larger organization. As a QA Lead at Media.net in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale digital ads marketplace, global products, and complex systems capable of processing vast amounts of data. You will be responsible for setting strategic roadmaps, developing QA processes, and leading a team of junior members.Key Responsibilities:- Set the strategic roadmap and develop QA processes and strategies for manual and automation testing- Implement tools and metrics to measure the quality of the product suite- Analyze data to identify areas for growth and improvement- Develop strategies to enhance the production process- Take end-to-end ownership of the QA process for data and reporting products- Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and discuss test plans- Handle multiple projects simultaneously- Lead, mentor, and coach junior team membersQualifications Required:- 9 to 11 years of manual and automation software testing experience- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and debugging- Experience with API testing frameworks like jmeter and apache benchmark- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium- Experience managing teams of 3 or more people- Strong analytical, mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills- Understanding of functional and non-functional test requirements- Ability to grasp business requirements and take ownership of the product- Passion for building, extending, and maintaining large-scale platforms- Knowledge of at least one programming language for automation- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases- Understanding of high-volume, low-latency, multi-threaded, large-scale distributed systems- Knowledge of big data and analytical querying is a plus(Note: Contact details are not provided in the job description) Role Overview:Media.net is a leading company in the Contextual Advertising space, offering a wide range of advertising and traffic monetization solutions.
