Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Manager in the HR division at the Gurgaon (Haryana) location, your main responsibility will be leading digital transformation projects with new age HR skills to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will drive the scope, timelines, and budgetary targets of the projects. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and executing HR transformation projects that enhance operational efficiencies and improve employee experience. Your role will also include project management tasks such as technical evaluation, project tracking, UAT, support, and ensuring value realization.Key Responsibilities:- Lead digital transformation projects with a focus on high-quality deliverables- Design and execute HR transformation projects to enhance operational efficiencies and employee experience- Manage project tasks including technical evaluation, project tracking, UAT, support, and ensuring value realization- Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for application development- Create, understand, and validate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and estimated effort for given module/task- Utilize expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to ensure effective implementation and integration with various systems- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, consultative approach, and effective stakeholder management- Utilize HR Cloud Applications, IT Platforms, Agile Technology, and Project Management skills effectivelyQualification Required:- MBA/PGDM in General/HR/Operations/IT- Certification in HR Analysis, Digital transformation, or HR Operations- 7 to 10 years of work experience in a relevant field- Strong understanding of SAP EC approval workflow, custom objects, data reporting, data mapping, and integration with various systems like S/4 HANANote: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.
