Job Description

    As an experienced candidate with prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of IT projects with a specific focus on ServiceNow implementation and transformation. Your role will require a deep understanding of ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, among others. Your key responsibilities will include:- Designing and developing multiple ServiceNow applications- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder ITSM or other process deployments- Delivering projects using agile methodologies, preferably in a scrum-based environment- Working on ServiceNow integration frameworks and APIs- Working effectively under pressure and meeting demanding deadlines- Leading teams and fostering collaborative work environments- Setting goals, driving team initiatives, and building high-performance teamsYour qualifications should meet the following criteria:- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 7 years specifically in ServiceNow implementation projects- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery- Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and other IT management tools- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsThis role offers you the opportunity to showcase your expertise in ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects, working on cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve project success.
