Job Description

    As an associate on the Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) team at Gartner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the companys sales priorities and providing tactical and analytical insights to sales leaders. GSSO team is at the forefront of transforming Gartners sales force, which generates approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and aims for sustained double-digit growth. You will collaborate with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force of over 5,000 associates who cater to various functions, industries, and market sectors worldwide.**Role Overview:**- Joining the Global Marketing team within GSSO, you will focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing seller productivity through marketing programs.- Your primary responsibility will be to support marketing efforts for aligned sales regions and global marketing initiatives.- You will work closely with Marketing leaders to execute lead generation campaigns for the Global Business Sales (GBS) Marketing practice, with a specific focus on the HR domain.**Key Responsibilities:**- Drive measurable marketing lead volume for Sales through integrated marketing campaigns.- Enhance sales enablement materials and increase social media engagement.- Create compelling content across multiple channels to boost lead generation.- Optimize email marketing campaigns and enhance website visibility with a strategic focus on SEO.- Craft persuasive ad copy for paid social media campaigns to achieve high conversion metrics.- Develop high-quality marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.- Collaborate with marketing leaders to refine messaging and product offerings.- Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights for refining strategies.**Qualifications Required:**- BS/BA degree or MBA degree in marketing or related field.- 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably in service or technology industries.- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to think creatively and apply innovative approaches to marketing.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is essential.In addition to competitive salary and generous paid time off policy, Gartner offers Group Medical Insurance, Parental Leave, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in India.
