Job Description

    As a Paid Media Specialist at Dyson, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing 360-degree paid media campaigns encompassing both digital and traditional media channels. Your role will involve running extensive campaigns across various platforms such as Digital, Print, TV, and OOH to ensure the delivery of the right message to the consumer through the most effective mediums. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and the media agency to share regular reports and drive innovation in media strategies. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional projects, analyze media consumption behavior, and provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and user journeys.Key Responsibilities:- Strategize, plan, and execute paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels- Run extensive campaigns on Digital, Print, TV, and OOH platforms- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the media agency to share reports and drive innovation- Lead projects using advanced data analysis techniques to guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities- Analyze media consumption behavior and provide data-driven insights for implementing across channels and user journeys- Develop insights from owner database to inform future plansQualifications Required:- 10 years of proven experience in paid media marketing- Strong expertise in driving business results through data and analytics- Proficiency in intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, etc.- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other e-commerce tools is a plus- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong team player mindsetAs an equal opportunity employer, Dyson values diversity and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
