Job Description

    Your role at Univests involves owning and scaling the Mutual Fund product journey, encompassing discovery, onboarding, transactions, and portfolio experience. You will collaborate closely with tech, compliance, operations, and growth teams to develop compliant, intuitive, and impactful MF products.Key responsibilities include:- Taking charge of the end-to-end MF product lifecycle, from ideation to PRD, launch, and optimization- Crafting user journeys for MF investing, SIPs, redemptions, and portfolio insights- Working in conjunction with tech (backend, app), compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution- Enhancing product metrics such as adoption, conversion, AUM growth, and retention- Staying informed about SEBI, AMFI, and RTA integrations, as well as regulatory changes- Analyzing user behavior, market trends, and competitors to enhance offeringsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:- 4 - 7 years of product management experience in fintech, Mutual Funds, or broking- A solid grasp of the Mutual Fund ecosystem, including AMCs, RTAs, KYC, and transactions- Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within rapidly scaling startups- A data-driven approach, along with excellent communication and execution skillsFeel free to reach out if you need further clarification or have any questions.
