Project Manager Airport Utility Buildings

Job Description

As a Project Manager - Airport Utility Buildings at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of utility building projects within airport premises across Pan India. Your role will involve managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with AAI standards, and delivering high-quality results within scope, budget, and timeline.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead the planning, design, and execution of airport utility building projects in alignment with AAI standards and project objectives.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure strict adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Manage stakeholder relationships with AAI officials, regulatory bodies, and contractors to address concerns and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed AAI standards.- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and sustainability guidelines as per regulatory requirements.- Prepare and present project progress reports and compliance records to stakeholders.- Monitor and manage project resources to ensure optimal utilization.- Drive innovation and sustainability in the design and construction of utility buildings.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized university.- Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in airport utility building projects.- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.- Strong knowledge of AAI guidelines, airport infrastructure standards, and regulatory requirements.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.**About AECOM:**AECOM is the global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world.
