Job Description

    As a Project Manager in our company, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your expertise in project and stakeholder management will have a significant impact. Your role will involve leading strategic and operational projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely execution, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage activities across the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure- Develop customized project plans, schedules, and milestones, aligning complexity with business impact- Establish governance mechanisms, conduct meetings, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs- Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project progress, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies- Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, aligning resources to meet delivery expectations- Maintain comprehensive documentation including status reports, risk logs, and contribute to PMO best practices- Ensure budget compliance while adhering to timelines and quality standards- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and align with project goalsQualifications Required:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, preferably in a multi-geographical environment- Advanced proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and align diverse teams and external partners- Proficient in project tracking and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, MS Excel, and PowerPoint- Demonstrate autonomy, ethical judgment, and a proactive mindset towards operational excellence- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CAPM- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and clarityPlease note that the main interfaces/stakeholders for this role include Leadership (Managing director, GCC Head of Finance, Group finance controller, etc.), Global Process Owners (GPOs), Finance, HR, administration teams, Vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
