Job Description

    Job Summary:seeking a highly experiencedSenior Appian Developer / Consultantwith 6 years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development. The ideal candidate should have strong client-facing skills, proven expertise in requirement gathering, process design, and solution delivery. This role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, internal solution consultants (ISC), and business process experts (BPE) to deliver high-quality Appian-based solutions.The selected candidate will be replacing existing Appian gold consultants and experts currently engaged in the project and must be capable of independently driving solution architecture and development in alignment with strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
    • Collaborate with ISC and BPE teams to understand business processes and translate them into Appian solutions
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using Appian BPM
    • Replace and take over responsibilities from current gold-level Appian consultants on the project
    • Lead or support solution design discussions with onshore leads based in the UK/NL
    • Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
    • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions
    • Document design specifications, technical solutions, and user guides
    • Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality
    • Stay current with Appian platform updates and proactively adopt relevant features
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Appian BPM
    • Proven experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering
    • Strong understanding of business process modeling and process improvement
    • Experience with Appian design patterns, objects, interfaces, and best practices
    • Ability to work independently and replace senior consultants effectively
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working in globally distributed teams, preferably with UK/NL teams
    • Bonus:Knowledge or working experience with SAP or enterprise systems
    Preferred Certifications:
    • Appian Level 2 or Level 3 Certified (Preferred)
