Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Senior Associate in the Advisory department at PwC, you will specialize in operations within the data and analytics engineering field. Your main focus will be on utilizing advanced technologies and techniques to create robust data solutions for clients. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, you will play a crucial role in facilitating informed decision-making and driving business growth. Additionally, you will concentrate on intelligent automation, where your responsibilities will include process mining, designing automation solutions, and implementing various automation technologies to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs for clients.Key Responsibilities:- Design and architect end-to-end Pega solutions, utilizing case lifecycle management and optimized stage/step configurations aligned with complex business requirements.- Develop and configure Data Pages for efficient data sourcing and caching strategies to enhance application performance.- Implement and maintain Decision Rules and advanced Declarative Rules to ensure dynamic business logic execution.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reusable Pega rules and case structures.- Build integrations using Connectors and Services for seamless interaction with external enterprise systems and APIs.- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including rule sets, class structures, and integration specs.- Promote Agile development practices, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.- Guide and mentor junior architects and developers on complex features and best practices.Qualification Required:- Minimum 7 years of Pega application development and architecture experience, with a focus on automation solutions using Pega and other related technologies.- Hands-on experience in developing and architecting Pega BPM applications (version 7.x / 8.x) for at least 7 years.- Pega Certifications preferred, with a requirement of having CSSA certification.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with continuous integration and delivery practices.- Education qualification: Graduate Engineer or Management Graduate.- Preferred degrees/field of study: Master of Business Administration or Bachelor of Technology.Additional Details:At PwC, you will be part of a purpose-led and values-driven community that emphasizes trust and creates distinctive outcomes for clients and communities.
