Role Overview:At PwC, as a Senior Associate in the Data and Analytics team, you will focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your role will involve transforming raw data into actionable insights to enable informed decision-making and drive business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for automating data internally using automation tools or software to streamline data-related processes within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for Data and Analytics offerings across industry verticals.- Drive revenue growth by identifying market opportunities, shaping client solutions, and building strategic partnerships.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable data-driven solutions.- Represent PwC in client engagements, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives.- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Ensure alignment of data and analytics solutions with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.- Oversee delivery quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across engagements.- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and accelerators in the data and analytics space.Qualifications Required:- Proven experience in leading GTM strategy and execution for data and analytics services.- Deep expertise in data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP), data engineering, and analytics frameworks.- Strong understanding of business intelligence, data governance, and data monetization strategies.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.- Experience in managing large-scale transformation programs and multi-disciplinary teams.Years of Experience Required:- 7 years in data and analytics driving GTM initiatives.Education Qualification:- BE, ME, MTech, MBA, MCA with 60% above.Additional Details:At PwC, you will be part of a vibrant community that leads with trust, creates distinctive outcomes for clients and communities, and fosters innovation.
