Job Description

As a Senior Financial Controller within the Technology and Operations Delivery (TxOD) division in India, reporting to the CFO/Head of Finance for TxOD, you will play a strategic finance leadership role. Your responsibilities will include:**Key Responsibilities:****Strategic Finance Leadership**- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the TxOD leadership team, offering financial expertise and commercial insights- Partner with operational leaders to develop financial solutions that drive growth and operational excellence- Lead the development of the divisions financial strategy in alignment with organizational objectives- Provide constructive challenge on business initiatives and investment proposals- Represent the finance function in senior leadership forums and planning sessions**Financial Planning & Analysis**- Lead the financial planning process for TxOD in India, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making- Drive financial close and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance- Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior management- Establish financial performance targets and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives**Business Performance Management**- Design and implement performance management frameworks- Lead financial reviews with stakeholders, analyzing profitability and identifying optimization opportunities- Monitor key business metrics and provide performance commentary with recommendations- Drive financial awareness and accountability across the organization**Commercial & Investment Analysis**- Evaluate strategic investments, client opportunities, and major initiatives- Develop business cases with financial modeling and risk assessment- Provide guidance on pricing strategies and deal structures- Support revenue optimization and evaluate make-vs-buy decisions**Team Leadership & Development**- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team- Provide direction, set expectations, and develop team capabilities- Optimize team structure and drive employee engagement and retention**Process Excellence & Governance**- Establish and maintain financial controls and governance frameworks- Drive process improvement and compliance with internal policies and regulations- Collaborate with global finance teams to implement best practices**Stakeholder Management**- Build relationships with senior leaders across TxOD and FNZ- Partner with finance teams globally and engage with external stakeholders- Communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse audiencesAbout FNZ:FNZ is focused on democratizing wealth management, providing a global platform for wealth management integrated with technology.
