This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm and a global team while contributing to the growth of a new service offering.**Key Responsibilities:**- Understand the clients business and related industry issues/trends.- Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams.- Independently execute internal audit engagements and work with clients and onsite client teams.- Support in developing scope for internal audit, process, and compliance reviews.- Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.- Conduct follow-up audits to monitor managements interventions.- Communicate audit scope, status, issues, risks, and recommendations via reports and presentations.- Manage multiple assignments and project teams.- Mentor and coach junior team members for their growth and performance goals.**Qualification Required:**- CA or MBA with 2-5 years of Internal Audit experience.- Technical experience in Finance, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance.- Knowledge of cross-functional business processes.- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.EY is dedicated to creating a better working world by helping clients create long-term value and build trust in the capital markets.
