Job Description

    As a Product Marketing Manager on the YouTube Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution for Product Marketing. You will work closely with the Product and Growth teams to bring YouTube products and innovations to the market. Your role will involve maintaining a disciplined approach to prioritization, measurement, and go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for shaping and expressing the teams goals through compelling content, programs, and experiences that drive impact. Additionally, you will partner with regional/global teams to understand prioritization principles and drive cross-functional alignment on Product investment areas and Growth Marketing needs.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead YouTube creator marketing, managing complex Product areas and challenges across the creator ecosystem.- Provide marketing leadership across the organization to influence and drive strategies impacting YouTube.- Set a creator marketing strategy to achieve YouTube business goals such as Creator M10N and CSAT.- Plan and implement a go-to-market strategy for priority product launches for the creator ecosystem with cross-functional teams.- Lead the development and execution of a coherent global strategy during planning.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.- 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social.- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Ability to influence partners and manage stakeholders to align around strategy, execution, and programs.- Ability to think through complex problems.- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interface with C-level executives and communicate cross-functionally.- Passion for culture, design, and trends in tech, with a creative sensibility.
