As a Senior team member in project engagements, you will be responsible for conducting process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and other GRC solutions. You may lead a team of 1-3 members, reviewing their deliverables and interacting with client representatives. Your role will involve consistently delivering quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and business acumen while staying updated on industry developments.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and other GRC solutions- Lead a team of 1-3 members on certain engagements, reviewing their work- Interact with client representatives for project requirements- Deliver quality client services and manage the assigned project area- Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge- Stay current on new developments in advisory services and industry knowledgeQualifications:- Qualified CAs with articleship from Big-4 firms, or MBAs from top Business Schools with 0-3 years of experience- Other qualified CAs/MBAs with 1-4 years of experience, or Graduates with 4-6 years of relevant experience in risk consulting, operations, or compliance roles in the industryYou should possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes, and risks in operations within at least one industry sector. Your ability to perform and interpret process gap analysis, identify risks in business processes, and understand control rationalization will be crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with data analytics abilities, will be advantageous. Effective written and verbal communication skills, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential for this role. Additionally, willingness to travel for extended periods within India or abroad is required, demonstrating integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
