Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for leading the architectural vision for noons mobile applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability of the cross-platform codebase. Additionally, you will mentor and grow Product Engineers, proactively identify and develop talent, lead technical grooming in an Agile/Scrum environment, champion the optimization of app vitals, promote mobile security best practices, establish guardrail systems for engineering excellence, and collaborate with Backend Architects on RESTful interfaces.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the architectural vision for noons mobile applications- Mentor and grow Product Engineers- Identify, hire, and develop talent to build a strong bench- Operate in a high-velocity Agile/Scrum environment- Optimize app vitals for a liquid user experience- Promote mobile security best practices- Establish guardrail systems for engineering excellence- Collaborate on designing mobile-optimized RESTful interfacesQualifications Required:- 8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years specializing in high-scale React Native applications- Proven track record of growing engineers from SDE-1/2 to SDE-3- Deep experience with Scrum methodologies- Ability to think like a Product Manager- Deep knowledge of iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java)- Understanding of mobile-specific threats and security frameworks- Proficiency in profiling tools and build tools- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated mobile deployments(Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description) Role Overview:You will be responsible for leading the architectural vision for noons mobile applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability of the cross-platform codebase.
