As a Software Test Analyst, Senior at FIS, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of fintech products that are revolutionizing the financial services industry. Your role will involve consulting on software development and operations processes, quality practices, and software measurements. Heres what you will be doing:- Assist in improving testing processes- Lead testing engagements and manage a small team of QAs when necessary- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager to ensure timely completion of testing deliverables- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively- Conduct and drive defect triage meetings- Mentor and assist junior team members- Enhance automation testing practices- Develop, maintain, and upgrade manual and automated test scripts and tools- Perform functional and automated testing on end-to-end payment systems- Communicate testing activities and findings clearly in oral and written forms- Manage daily test activities efficiently- Organize and maintain the test script library- Raise detailed defects in Jira and work with stakeholders to resolve themQualifications required for this role include:- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/software testing- Minimum 7 years of automated testing experience for UI and API test cases- Experience with multiple API and UI automation tools- Hands-on automation test development experience with at least one scripting/coding language- Ability to debug automated test cases and identify root causes of failures- Proficiency in source control systems like GIT and SVN- Familiarity with Jira and Zephyr Scale test management tool- Experience in preparing test cases and plans with an automation mindset- Ability to provide testing estimates- Experience with CI tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure Devops- Ability to manage a team of QAs and resolve conflictsNice to have qualifications include:- Experience with Zephyr Scale for managing manual and automated test cases- Knowledge of ISO20022, SWIFT MT/MS messaging, and payment systems testingThe job requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
