Job Description

    As a Lead Talent Acquisition at Egon Zehnder, your main responsibility will be partnering with internal stakeholders to plan and fulfill recruiting requirements. You will independently lead the recruitment delivery for the service lines, ensuring high-quality talent is consistently sourced. Your role will involve leading high-impact recruitment initiatives and contributing to projects in collaboration with other members of the Human Resources team. You will be an integral part of the internal Human Resources team.Key Responsibilities:- Support HR leadership and business stakeholders in designing and implementing effective talent strategies and practices- Provide insightful content through market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to meet current and future talent needs- Collaborate with HR and Business leadership to address recruitment challenges, develop sourcing strategies, and prioritize key initiatives- Develop sourcing plans and strategies using talent market data and knowledge of talent pools- Ensure timely delivery of hiring needs, meeting specific recruitment goals for each position- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand future hiring needs and build an external talent pipeline- Ensure employment offers align with the organizations policies- Support external branding initiatives and drive outreach programs like campus drives- Create a positive candidate experience and improve recruitment processes effectiveness- Drive adoption of Employee Referral Program and run internal campaigns to enhance referrals- Establish professional relationships with external consultants and service providers, supporting them with timely information and feedback- Maintain a comprehensive recruitment database and provide timely reporting through leadership dashboardsQualifications Required:- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification with HR specialization- 5 to 8 years of overall Human Resources experience with at least 4 years in hiring- Experience in Research, Consulting, or Professional Services sectors- Proficiency in working with ATS and ERPs such as Workday or SuccessFactors- Excellent data analytical skills and understanding of key Recruitment metrics- Proficient in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentationsAdditionally, Egon Zehnder values its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a fast-paced work environment, direct interaction with senior management, employee-friendly policies, personal development and training opportunities, health benefits, and accident insurance.
