Job Description

Role Overview:You will be working as an Underwriting Specialist with Accenture, a global professional services company known for its leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Your role will involve analyzing and solving high-complexity problems related to Property & Casualty underwriting. You will be responsible for defining insurance policies, calculating premiums, and ensuring underwriting is conducted within standards and timeframes.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize 2 to 5 years of experience in P&C core underwriting or underwriting support processes- Possess end-to-end knowledge of services offered under the spectrum of Pre and Post underwriting- Manage tasks such as Quote Preparation, Binder, Loss run, Policy Drafting, Rating, Pricing, Policy Booking, Issuance, Premium Coding, mid-term endorsement, Renewal, and cancellation- Work with underwriters to ensure accurate and complete policy issuance information- Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to division-specific guidelines and procedures- Partner with regional underwriters and/or senior UW Support employees in the end-to-end processing of Rating and Pricing- Evaluate new and renewal submissions against prescribed criteria to determine completeness- Assist in the follow-up and securing of outstanding items from brokersQualifications Required:- Any Graduation- 7 to 11 years of experience in Property & Casualty underwriting- Ability to work in rotational shifts(Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description) Role Overview:You will be working as an Underwriting Specialist with Accenture, a global professional services company known for its leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
