This role involves engaging with warm leads, providing guidance, and occasionally traveling to meet high-value clients. All travel-related expenses, including accommodation, will be covered by the company.This position offers a unique opportunity to expand your professional profile, gain insights into international trade, and work with one of the BIG 5 in e-commerce.Responsibilities:Client Communication: Proactively communicate with potential clients via phone calls and emails while maintaining professionalism and friendliness.Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups to address client queries and keep them engaged.Service Explanation: Clearly articulate the companys service offerings, highlighting benefits and features.Meeting High-Value Targets: Attend in-person meetings with strategic, high-value clients to discuss services and close deals (expenses covered as per company policy).Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring it is always up to date.Onboarding Support: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand how to use the platform and services.Document Collection: Gather and verify all required documents from sellers during the onboarding process.Qualifications:Preferred 6 months of sales experience in B2B e-commerce (freshers are welcome to apply!).Proven experience in telesales, ideally within a similar industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and influencing abilities.Effective negotiation and deal-closing skills.Results-driven, goal-oriented mindset.Work Details:Job Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday to FridayTimings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PMIndustry - retail, e-commerce- bankingLocation: Vi-John Tower, 393, Udyog Vihar Phase 3 Rd, Phase II, Udyog Vihar, Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana 122016Note: The interview process will be conducted offline at the above location.Important Notice:Please be advised that we do not charge any fees for our services.
