Job Description

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Gwalior. You should possess strong skills in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and have an understanding of system architecture and cloud environments. This role is pivotal as you will be actively engaged in the complete development process, from designing and implementing features to deploying and maintaining applications on the cloud.Your responsibilities will include:- Backend Development: Building and maintaining scalable and robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js.- Database Management: Working with both MongoDB and MySQL for database design, optimization, and data management.- System Architecture: Contributing to the design and implementation of new features, ensuring they adhere to best practices for security and performance.- Cloud Operations: Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.- Full-Stack Collaboration: Collaborating with the team to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements built in React and Next.js.- Code Quality: Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and participating in code reviews to uphold high standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:- MERN Stack Expertise: 2-3 years of professional experience with the full MERN stack, focusing on Node.js and Express.js.- Database Proficiency: Practical experience with MongoDB and MySQL.- Cloud Understanding: Basic to intermediate knowledge of a major cloud platform like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with services like EC2, S3, or similar is a plus.- Frontend Skills: A good understanding of modern frontend frameworks, including React.js and Next.js.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team.This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment.
