    Job Title: Head of Operations (Australian Shift)Company: BannstudioLocation: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (Hybrid)Job Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: Minimum 3 YearsSalary : 40k - 70 k per monthJob SummaryBannstudio is seeking a highly organized and proactive Head of Operations to oversee daily business functions for an Australian-based client. The role requires strong English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and operational leadership experience with modern workflow tools.Key Responsibilities Lead and streamline day-to-day operational workflows. Professionally manage internal and client communications, primarily through email. Use Slack, ClickUp, and CRM systems to monitor and coordinate tasks. Track project progress and team performance through detailed micromanagement. Ensure timely reporting and updates to stakeholders. Continuously improve operational systems and processes.Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or project management. Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory. Strong command of email etiquette and business communication. Practical experience using: Slack (team communication) ClickUp or similar tools (project/task tracking) CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, etc. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Experience in micromanagement and performance tracking.Work Hours and Model Working Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM IST (Aligned with Australian timezone) Work Model: 7:00 AM 10:00 AM: Work from Home 10:30 AM 3:00 PM: Work from Office (Bannstudio, Gwalior) Permanent WFH option may be considered after performance review.Preferred Candidate Based in or willing to relocate to Gwalior. Prior experience working with international clients (especially Australia).
