Job Description

    You will be working at Medanta, a renowned healthcare organization that has been providing world-class multispecialty care to patients in India for over 15 years. With hospitals in Gurgaon, Lucknow, Patna, Indore, Ranchi, and clinics in various locations, including Delhi NCR and Gurgaon, Medanta is dedicated to expanding its facilities and geographical reach.As a Finance professional at Medanta, you will be responsible for leading the Finance function specifically for the growinghomecaredivision. Reporting to the BU head and based in Gurgaon (HO), you will play a vital role in partnering with leadership to drive business growth and sustainability.Your main responsibilities will include being the financial custodian of the company, overseeing financial planning, and decision-making. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and timely preparation of financial statements. It will be your responsibility to maintain internal financial controls, adhere to accounting standards, and prepare MIS and dashboards for stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide variance analysis, budget vs. actual reports, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.To excel in this role, you should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience. Prior experience in healthcare, services, or similar industries will be advantageous. You must possess a strong knowledge of Indian taxation, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks. Your ability to partner with business leaders, provide strategic financial insights, and lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team will be essential.
