Job Description

    Role Overview:You are a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing expert responsible for leading strategy, performance, and account management across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. With a strong background in digital performance marketing, you will manage large client portfolios and lead a team of high-performing digital specialists. Your role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and partnering with clients to deliver impactful campaigns, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategy, performance, and account management on all key digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic, etc.) for various clients.- Manage the full client management process from acquisition and onboarding to day-to-day Digital Ad Operations and performance of client accounts, involving interaction with internal and external stakeholders.- Supervise a team of 10-15 individuals reporting to you, focusing on Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.- Own, manage, and enhance digital channel strategies for a client portfolio of 8-10 accounts.- Collaborate with leadership to adjust strategic plans, offer expert advice, strategic thinking, and guidance to clients on all digital campaigns and delivery.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts.Qualifications:- Tech Graduate/MBA with 3-5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Paid Search (PPC) & Paid Social Strategy.- Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and experienced in planning and managing advertising spends with clients over the last 5 years.- Experience in team handling for a year.- Advanced excel and Microsoft Office skills.- Advanced certifications for Adwords, DBM Fundamentals exam, Facebook Blueprint, etc.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with impeccable business judgment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being personable yet persistent.,
