Job Description

    You will be responsible for troubleshooting browser apps, including identifying and resolving issues related to plugins interference. Additionally, you will conduct basic testing of web-based apps to debug issues. Having a basic knowledge of AWS/Azure is required for this role. Experience working across different operating systems such as Mac, Windows, IOS, and Android will be beneficial. Familiarity with troubleshooting issues from a network perspective is also preferred.**Key Responsibilities:**- Troubleshoot browser apps to identify and resolve issues- Conduct basic testing of web-based apps for debugging purposes- Utilize knowledge of AWS/Azure for configuration management- Work across different operating systems for issue resolution- Preferably troubleshoot issues from a network perspective**Qualifications Required:**- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience- Experience with troubleshooting browser apps- Basic knowledge of AWS/Azure- Proficiency in working across different OS such as Mac/Windows and IOS/Android- Familiarity with network troubleshooting is a plusPlease note that this is an L2 position where candidates are expected to perform L2 level debugging and configuration management on the cloud.,
