Job Description

    As an HR Manager based in Gurgaon, your primary responsibilities will revolve around Recruitment, Training & Development, IR & Welfare Activities, and Performance Appraisal System within the organization. In terms of Recruitment, you will assist senior management in fulfilling human resource requirements by conducting selection interviews, handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes, improving selection procedures, and maintaining a track of manpower status in various departments.For Training & Development, you will be expected to identify training needs, create a Training Calendar for the upcoming financial year, coordinate with department heads for training programs, provide orientation training to new employees, and prepare necessary training documents as required.Regarding IR & Welfare Activities, your role will involve handling employee grievances, fostering cordial employee relations, ensuring discipline and a harmonious working environment, facilitating insurance schemes for employees, organizing welfare activities in the factory, and driving total employee engagement initiatives to boost group morale.You will also play a crucial role in the Performance Appraisal System by supporting seniors in establishing a robust Performance Management System across the plant, actively participating in the performance evaluation of employees during their probation period, and contributing to the overall performance management process.With a minimum of 5 to 11 years of experience in HR management, the salary range for this position is between 3 Lakh 50 Thousand to 6 Lakh per annum. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in any field and possess key skills such as Resourcing, Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement.
