Job Description

    As a Tax L9 Consultant in the Strategy & Consulting Global Network CFO & Enterprise Value team at Accenture, with over 9 years of experience and an educational background in MBA/CA/CMA, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and providing value-driven solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include offering strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.In this role, you will collaborate with CFOs and finance organizations to develop and implement strategies focused on digital disruption, new operating models, and best practices, ultimately aiming to drive market differentiation. Your expertise in Indirect Tax Technology Transformation, Tax Consulting, and familiarity with tools such as Vertex, OneStream, Sabrix, SAP, or Oracle will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.Your key responsibilities will involve providing leading practices on tax processes, conducting workshops with clients to gather tax requirements, analyzing business needs, and identifying best practices for technical solutions. You will also be responsible for facilitating design sessions related to tax determination, calculation, recording, reporting, and compliance, as well as preparing key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, and training materials.To excel in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to drive solutions independently, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Your proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, spreadsheet applications, and Power BI, along with your cross-cultural competence, will enable you to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.Moreover, your expertise in tax technologies, ERPs like SAP or Oracle, and hands-on experience in integration and tool implementations will be crucial for successful project delivery.
