Job Description

    The Customer Service Advisor 2 position involves assisting customers across all channels to deliver customer value and success through support excellence and expertise regarding the BT Groups solution portfolio with some supervision. You will be responsible for implementing specific Customer Service management plans, creating value-based relationships with customers, gathering customer information, performing analysis to understand customer needs, and providing insight for efficient management of customer issues.
