Job Description

    As an Analyst2 (C10) in Control Automation Development at Citi, you will join the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team to drive data-driven transformation by simplifying, streamlining, and automating controls. Your key responsibilities will include:- Automating manual controls through data-driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques- Collaborating with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control, and Technology to identify control gaps and policy breaches- Providing data evidence for audit completion by formulating analytical methodology and identifying inconsistencies- Developing automated techniques to remove manual touch pointsTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Analytical Skills: - Intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patterns - Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis - Proficient in data manipulation, problem solving, and formulating analytical methodology- Tools and Platforms: - Intermediate - expert in Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Xceptor, Python, and Mainframes - Knowledge of schedulers like Autosys, Workflow Management - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA- Domain Skills: - Good understanding of Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.) - Knowledge of MCA & Audit Framework, Inherent and Residual Risks, and Finance Regulations- Functional Skills: - Knowledge of Finance Regulations and Understanding of Audit Process- Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive approach in problem-solving and attention to details - Strong team playerBasic Qualifications:- Masters degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Development/Production Support identifying production failures and fixing issues involving codes in SAS & SQL environmentThis role falls under the Decision Management job family and the Data/Information Management job family at Citi.
