Job Description

    As the Director of Product - AI at REA India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and implementation of AI technologies across our digital platforms. Your leadership will drive innovation and enhance user engagement within the real estate sector. By leveraging AI, you will redefine our product offerings, maintain our competitive edge, and set new industry benchmarks. This senior position demands strategic insight, visionary thinking, and a profound understanding of AI applications in business transformations.Your key responsibilities will include:AI Strategy and Product Development:- Craft and communicate a comprehensive AI product vision and roadmap aligned with REA Indias business goals and technological ambitions.- Lead cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven innovations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.- Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to offer personalized options that enrich user interactions.- Ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities across product lines to meet evolving market demands.Executive Stakeholder Engagement and Market Positioning:- Articulate and advocate REA Indias AI strategy at industry events and executive panels to provide clarity and vision.- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute AI initiatives in alignment with market trends and competitive dynamics.- Cultivate partnerships with external technologists and thought leaders to refine and enhance AI product strategies continuously.Requirements:- 10 years of experience in product management or AI-focused roles, with at least 7 years in senior leadership positions within technology-driven enterprises.- Proven expertise in strategizing, launching, and scaling enterprise-level AI initiatives that drive business growth and enhance user experiences.- Deep knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning models, including neural networks, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.- Proficiency in leading complex, cross-functional projects in agile environments through collaboration and results-driven approaches.Desired Attributes:- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to envision the future landscape of AI applications in real estate.- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to inspire and empower high-performing teams.- Passion for continuous learning and keeping abreast of emerging AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions for real-world challenges.- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey AI strategies to diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, executive leadership, and external partners.Join us at REA India, where we foster a culture of inclusion, learning, and growth, providing a home for our team members to thrive and contribute to revolutionizing the property experience in India.
