Job Description

    You are Tata 1mgs ideal candidate for the position of Executive (First Mile Operations Support & Order Assignment) in Diagnostics Supply Chain. Your role encompasses the following responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support to field teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication channels.- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing queries and providing timely assistance.- Manage MIS effectively to track and analyze data for informed decision-making.- Streamline office operations using advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.- Execute manual order assignments to phlebotomists in adherence to established SOPs, ensuring accuracy and operational compliance.- Comfortable with rotating shifts.To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proficiency in MIS tools and techniques.- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Additionally, Tata 1mg values the following attributes in potential candidates:- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.- Willingness to work rotating shifts (Night: 9 PM to 6 AM, Early Morning: 5 AM to 2 PM, Evening: 12 PM to 9 PM).- Must be a graduate from a certified university (preferably in a science-related field).- Maintain a positive attitude towards the job.- Experience required: 2-5 years in MIS, Backend Support, Logistics, Warehouse, or the Healthcare industry.If this opportunity aligns with your skills and experience, please send your CV to hidden_email with the subject line Executive Hiring - APS Team .
