Job Description

    As a Head HR Business Partner in an Automobile Industry background located in Gurgaon, you are expected to have a relevant experience of 15-20 years in managing & leading the people function. Your exposure should cover Org Design, Talent Management, Performance Management & Change Management. Your technical skills should include extensive knowledge of HR Policies & Systems, analytical capabilities, strong Business Acumen & Influencing skills, Change Management skills, Coaching & Mentoring, and knowledge of Labour laws and regulations.Your responsibilities will include Talent Management & Development, where you will build a robust HR framework and people processes to support the brand & drive consistent, competitive, profitable, and responsible growth. This involves identification of critical roles, implementation of the 9 box categorization to identify HiPos, building and deploying a succession plan for critical roles, and providing strategic input on the talent roadmap to senior leadership.You will also be expected to build capabilities of people, teams, and the business to be future-ready at the individual/function/organization level. This includes mapping functional and leadership competencies aligned to unique roles, creating and deploying tiered leadership programs, and implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).As part of HR Transformation, your focus will be on automation to simplify, digitalize, and enhance employee experience. You will define the vision for HR Transformation, create a roadmap for HR Delivery Model, and design and drive people analytics. Digitization of People processes will be a key aspect of this transformation.,
