Job Description

    Role Overview:Avensys is seeking an Indirect Tax Advisory Manager with a proven track record in the IT industry. As the Indirect Tax Advisory Manager, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and work towards achieving job satisfaction and work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:- Minimum 7 years of indirect tax experience required in a multinational tax environment, with preference for experience in Big 4, top law firms, or major corporations- Solid technical knowledge of indirect taxes (VAT/GST) in a global environment is essential, with previous experience in APAC, EU, or US regions considered a plus- Independently lead medium/high complexity projects with global impact, driving them through execution, analysis, recommendation, and implementation- Possess project management expertise, including strong organizational and change management skills- Communicate complicated tax technical issues effectively with senior leadership- Experience with indirect tax setup in systems, including ERP systems (Oracle), is advantageous- E-commerce or travel industry experience is beneficialQualifications Required:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Tax Economics/Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
